To understand yourselves, each other, what matters and what can be let go to re-establish a healthy bottom line and happy team. Pairing deep industry knowledge with over 20 years of experience in the media industry with service design and experience management, we look at things holistically. To us, people, process, tool, are one entity, beginning, always, with people. Enabling them to make the right choices when it comes to tooling and processes is our way forward – because only then will you succeed even after we’ve left the room.

Much of the solution lies in unearthing the knowledge your staff has, and enabling them to truly make the change you seek happen. We will not leave you with a PowerPoint that leaves people confused as to what to do or feeling that the solution does not fit their situation. Our approach is based on systems thinking. Any operation can be boiled down to three agents: People, Process, and Tools. The key to unlocking change is to look at all of them. To see if to achieve your goal, you need to add or remove something. Done right, this is tangible and engaging to everyone.

Rather than just look at processes in isolation, we start by defining what good should look like. We then map this journey for all stakeholders and use that map as the baseline to optimise, adjust or design a process. This way we make sure that a single process, or collection of processes work together in harmony driving service excellence at all fronts.

It’s not just about having the right tool for the job, you also need to make sure you use the tool in the right way. We often hear that things don’t work because the tool doesn’t work – when in reality the tool is not set up correctly to meet YOUR needs. Like processes, we look at things in a more holistic way to make sure we know what good looks like and then look at using the right tools and help you configure them in such a way that they become an value driver instead of a cost and hinderance.
